Current status LA Requisition will be submitted to District Collector after the approval of GAD from Railways. Final GAD & alignment plan submitted to Railways on 17.02.2022. Reminder letter for approval of GADs submitted to Chief Administrative Officer, Southern Railway, Ernakulam and Chief Engineer (RSW), Southern Railway, Chennai on 30.06.2022. Vide letter dated 11.07.2022, Railway informed that GAD of ROB’s between Ernakulam and Shornur will be approved only after finalization of 3rd line. Joint Site inspection held on 10/10/2023 along with Railways. Awaiting NOC from Railways. LA to be taken up after getting approval of GAD from Railways.
