Current status GAD submitted to Railways on 10.06.2022. The GAD was returned by Railway for corrections on 11.07.2022. After corrections, RBDCK submitted the GAD to Railways for approval on 22.08.2022. But Railway again returned the GAD for some correction and the same was submitted to Railways on 14.03.2023. Vide letter dated 10.04.2023 Railways informed that the processing of GAD will be done only after finalisation of Yard Plan at Balaramapuram. On 19.09.2023, railways once again returned the GAD with certain comments. After several revisions. the GAD was resubmitted to the Railways on 01.01.2026. In principle approval obtained for DPR and Land acquisition on 29.04.2026 and the DPR preparation work is currently in progress.
