LOA issued to M/s KITCO for Alignment Study and DPR preparation on 30.12.2021 and agreement was executed. The consultant submitted the concept report.
Vide letter dated 11.07.2022, Railway informed that GAD of ROB’s between Ernakulam and Shornur will be approved only after finalisation of 3rd line. Joint inspection with Railways conducted on 07/03/2024. Revised concept report preparation under progressing by consultant. Vide Railway letter dated 16.10.2024, the Railway instructed to submit the alignment of the proposed ROB, considering the existing 6 tracks, goods unloading, and the future 3rd and 4th lines. Accordingly, a discussion was held with Dy. CE II/CN on 5.11.2024 at the Railway office. As discussed in the meeting, two alignment options were sent to the Railways for confirmation on 11.11.2024. |
