Work Progress Details
Current status Financial sanction accorded by KIIFB for an amount of Rs.32.91Cr for the construction of ROB at Susheelapady only on 04.08.2022. KIIFB informed that Kariyanoor proposal shall be considered once the approach road is developed and necessary approval from railways are obtained. A site inspection was conducted on 19.08.2022 in the presence of Hon’ble Minister and local people representatives. As per the directions from Hon’ble Minister survey of existing road was conducted and a draft plan for widening of the existing road was prepared. The same was submitted to the Panchayat officials for further necessary actions. Susheelappadi ROB - GAD approved by Railways on 02.07.2024. Revised F.S. issued on 26.02.2026 for an amount of Rs. 40.63 Cr. Work was tendered on 12.03.2026. As no bidders participated in the tender, the work will be retendered.
