KIIFB approved on 09.11.2018 for an amount of Rs. 37.96Cr. Revised requisition submitted to DC, Kozhikode on 12.01.2021.
Revenue AS obtained as per G.O.(Rt) No. 536/2012/RD dated 09.02.2021.
Boundary stone laying was completed on 20.03.2022. Joint inspection conducted. 4(1) notification published on 30.05.2022. SIA public hearing conducted on 25.08.2022. Expert committee report submitted to DC. 11(1) notification published on 12.01.2023. Survey work completed & Sub division survey works are progressing. BVR approved.
TS committee convened on 14/12/2023 & Technical Sanction has been issued on 16/12/2023. Work tendered on 27.01.2024. Technical bid opened on 28/02/2024 and Financial bid opened on 12/03/2024. Lowest bidder was M/s BAAB Constructions.
But, M/s The Uralungal Labour Contract Co-Operative Society has informed that they are eligible for price preference up to 10% by referring government orders G.O (Ms) No.21/ 2022/ PWD dated 29.07.2022, G.O (Ms) No.41/ 2020/ PWD dated 19.03.2020 and G.O (Ms) No.135/ 97/ Co – op dated 13.11.1997. RBDCK is not able to take final decision in light of the above Government Orders and subsequent legal opinion. Hence, letter no. RBDCK/ T 206/ Vol III/ 1584 dated 29.06.2024 we had requested GoK for a suitable advice at the Government Level regarding the finalisation of Tender.
Vide letter B1/283/2019 dated 27/06/2024 fund request from LAO has received. Subproject for amount 39.42 Cr was approved by KIIFB. Hence package deviation has initiated for LA for an amount of Rs. 13.09Cr. LA cost received from KIIFB and the same has been remitted to LAO Koyilandy.
Although all land owners initially provided consent for construction and its related works on the land to be acquired, later raised objection. Hence, NTP is not issued to the contractors.
LAO Koyilandy vide letter dated 15.02.2025 has requested for an Additional amount of Rs 46,46,000.00/- (15,76,879.00 + 30,69,121.00) the same is remitted to LAO Koyilandy. 19(1) published on 07.02.2025.
