DPR approved by KIIFB on 09.11.2018 for an amount of Rs.38.2 Cr.
LA requisition submitted to District Collector, Palakkad on 15.01.2019. Stone planting completed on 26.02.2020. After conducting the Preliminary survey, LAO requested to correct the survey numbers and block numbers in the requisition and area list. Accordingly revised requisition and corrected area list send to District Collector on 06.02.2021 and requested to Government for amending the land acquisition Government Order. RBDCK requested to DC for extend the time limit for 11(1) Notification. As per G.O(P)No.129/2022/RD Tvm dated 11.04.2022, time for 11(1) notification period extended for one year from expiry date of 30.10.2021. More than 50 nos. of boundary stones missing due to the Malampuzha irrigation canal site clearing by irrigation department. District Collector requested to re-plant the missing stones for LA works. Stone planting work was completed on 06.04.2022 and joint inspection was conducted on 27.04.2022. SIA study completed for missing survey numbers and public hearing completed. SIA report submitted to DC on 28.07.2022. 11(1) notification published on 30.09.2022. Fund request for LA was received on 16/09/2023.
As the proposed alignment is passing through the side of Irrigation canal, RBDCK requested NOC from Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Malampuzha vide letter no RBDCK/ T216/Vol I/ 1246 dated 01.07.2020. However, the Executive Engineer of the Irrigation Department, Malampuzha, sent a letter to the Superintending Engineer of the Irrigation Department declining the NOC, dated 01.06.2024. RBDCK then submitted a letter to the Superintending Engineer of the Irrigation Department, via letter no. RBDCK/T216 Vol 1/1271, dated 05.06.2024, requesting reconsideration of our NOC. Till date, we have not received the NOC from the Irrigation Department. |
