DPR approved by KIIFB on 09.11.2018 for an amount of Rs.89.774 Cr. GAD approved by Railways on 30.01.2023.
LA Requisition submitted to DC on 15.02.2019. AS for LA obtained from Revenue Department as per GO Rt. 3387/2019/RD dt 06.11.2019. 4(1) Notification published on 17.02.2021. SIA public hearing conducted on 06.07.2021. Expert committee report submitted to DC, Ekm on 13.08.2021. 11(1) Notification published on 23.10.2021. As per the letter No.D1-124/2021 dtd.07.06.2022 the Special Tahsildar (LA) KIIFB informed that 5 survey numbers were not included in the requisition. Hence RBDCK submitted revised requisition and alignment sketch to District collector and LAO on 08.06.2022. As per letter No.REV/B1/821/2019-REV dtd.27.06.2022 of Revenue Dept. informed that "it is requested to issue draft addendum 11(1) notification by incorporating the additional acquisition. Additional survey numbers are added in 11(1) and published by LAO. Approximate LA cost of Rs. 40 Cr released to LAO on 19.08.2022. 19(1) declaration time limit extended to 6 months from 26.10.2022 as per G.O (P) No. 267/2022/RD. Additional LA cost of Rs. 18,76,06,556/- was released to LAO. 19(1) notification published on 23.06.2023. Award enquiry completed. Land taken possession started on 10.06.2024. 3 holdings handed over to RBDCK. Joint inspection with KWA & KSEB conducted on 16.10.2024 & 26.11.2024 respectively. |
