DPR approved by KIIFB on 11.02.2020 for an amount of Rs.10.61 Cr . LA Completed.
River Bridge- The work was tendered on 05.12.2024. Technical bid was opened on 27.01.2025, no bids were received. Work was retendered on 19.02.2025. One bid received and accepted the same with concurrence of MD as its within permissible limit. Agreement was executed with M/s Baab Constructions India Pvt on 28.10.2025.
ROB- After several revisions Railways directed to submit the GAD to CBE Chennai as this is a deposit work. Also, Railways directed to submit the GAD along with the joint feasibility report. Joint Feasibility report was submitted to ADEN, Palakkad for signature on 06.04.2022. Revised GAD was submitted to Railways on 13.06.2022. Railways directed to deposit the P&E charge for processing the GAD.
Meanwhile on 17.11.2023, KIIFB instructed to wait until the TVU comes 1 lakhs. Letter submitted to Railways on 28.04.2025 requesting inclusion in work plan for cost sharing. Request submitted by Secretary PWD to Railways on November 2025. |
