Current status DPR approved by KIIFB on 09.08.2020 for an amount of Rs.36.84 Cr. LA to be taken up after getting approval of GAD from railways. Project was pending due to Semi High Speed Rail project of KRDCL. Railways directed to submit revised GAD for all ROBs long pending due to Silver line vide letter dated 14.03.2023. LUS inspection conducted on 04.07.2023 and report received. . The Railway GAD was on hold due to SV loading issues. In the meeting convened on 08.10.2024, CAO/RSP had instructed some modifications and instructed to resubmit the GADs. Revised GAD submitted on 06.01.2025. As requested by Railways, revised GAD submitted to Railways on 04.03.2025. In the meeting conducted with the Kozhikode District Collector on 24.05.2025, it was decided to construct the Chungam Gate ROB and provide connection to Temple Gate via a service road.
