Current status DPR approved by KIIFB on 27.07.2017 for an amount of Rs.47.72 Cr. LA requisition submitted to Dt. Collector Ernakulam on 23.08.2017. GAD approved on 29.01.2021. Later on as per the actual LA & RR cost submitted by tahsildar, KIIFB approved revised sanction on 08.03.2023 for an amount of Rs. 91.89 Cr. Stone planting completed. District Collector informed that LA procedure expired (denova) due to the time limit exceed as per LA Act and it was required to submit fresh requisition for LA. Hence revised requisition with alignment plan was submitted to DC Ernakulam on 13.04.2021. Joint site inspection conducted on 17.06.2021. 4(1) notification published on 23.09.2021. SIA public hearing conducted on 16.10.2021. Expert committee meeting conducted on 02.02.2022 and report submitted to District Collector. 11(1) notification published on 23.03.2022. Structural valuation completed. RR package approved. 19 (1) published on 11.10.2023. Land taken possession started on 30/05/2024. 51 holdings out of 62 were handed over to RBDCK. Joint site inspection for Utility shifting was conducted with KSEB & KWA on 08.04.2024. Estimate received from KSEB and KWA. Estimate submitted to CE Bridges & Design and requested to inform a convenient date to convene TS Committee. Comments received from CE Design on 22.11.2024 and the same was furnished on 27.11.2024.
