KIIFB approved on 09.11.2018 for an amount of Rs.40.53 Cr. Revised requisition submitted to DC, Kozhikode on 12.01.2021.
As per the decision of District Collector revised alignment plan submitted to District Collector. Revenue AS obtained as per G.O.(Rt) No. 536/2012/RD dated 09.02.2021. Survey works for planting boundary stone again started and interrupted by public. WPC-5585/2021 filed by Shri. Krishnan Nair before Hon'ble HC for changing alignment on 01.03.2021.
KIIFB has directed to revise the DPR for minor corrections. TS committee convened on 27.01.2022. TS Committee approved the modified alignment as per KIIFB TRC’s direction and same has been submitted to KIIFB for FS on 14.02.2022.
A meeting was convened by ADCEO KIIFB on 24.02.2022, and directed to proceed with stone laying procedures. A joint meeting was conducted on 08.03.2022, by MLA Kuttiyadi in the presence of panchayath representatives and stake holders and it was decided to start the boundary stone laying at the earliest. Boundary stone laying was completed on 20.03.2022. Joint inspection conducted. 4(1) notification published on 30.05.2022. As requested by LAO, additional stones were planted and joint inspection conducted on 01.07.2022. SIA public hearing conducted on 25.08.2022. Expert committee report submitted to DC. 11(1) notification published on 12.01.2023. Survey work completed & Sub division survey works are progressing.
Meanwhile, MLA and Local body representatives informed the willingness of the land owners for the advance possession and directed to proceed with Tendering procedures to avoid the delay. Hence requested to convene TS committee for issuing TS on 25.08.2023. CE Bridges had forwarded some remarks on 27.11.2023 and compliance report for the same is submitted to CE Bridges. TS committee convened on 14/12/2023 & technical sanction has been issued on 16/12/2023. Work tendered on 27.01.2024. Technical bid opened on 28/02/2024 and Financial bid on 12/03/2024. Evaluation of Financial bid under progress. |
