| Current status | Work awarded to the lowest bidder M/s Backbone Construction Pvt Ltd, LOA issued on 10.05.2023 and agreement executed on 03.08.2023 for an amount of Rs. 26,16,74,673.48/-. NTP issued on 10.08.2023. Earthwork excavation, filling, hard rock excavation and culvert works upto deck slab completed. IIT-vetted drawings up to superstructure have been received. A1, A2 and P2 raft completed. Revised TOC extender upto 30.06.2025. However, the contractor failed to demonstrate any significant progress during this period, and consequently, the contractor was terminated vide proceedings no. RBDCK/T203/PART-1(3)/1601 dated 30.07.2025. Revised TS obtained for balance work on 06.10.2025. Balance work was tendered on 22.10.2025. LOA issued to the contractor on 10.02.2026.
