Financial sanction accorded by KIIFB for an amount of Rs.32.91Cr for the construction of ROB at Susheelapady only vide order no. PWD005-14/TE-1/2022/KIIFB dated 04.08.2022. KIIFB informed that Kariyanoor proposal shall be considered once the approach road is developed and necessary approval from railways are obtained. We had informed the matter to Hon’ble Minister of LSGD and accordingly a site inspection was conducted on 19.08.2022 in the presence of Hon’ble Minister and local people representatives. Hon’ble Minister had directed to conduct a survey of existing road and prepare a draft plan for widening of the existing road. We had completed the survey and a meeting was conducted with panchayath officials on 01.11.2022 and the drawing was submitted to the Panchayat officials for further necessary actions.
Susheelappadi ROB -
P&E charges deposited to Railways on 09.10.2023. On 27.11.2023, Railways had given permission to start the LA Process and LA requisition submitted on 15.01.2024. GAD approved by Railways on 02/07/2024. 4(1) notification published on 08/12/2024. Expert committee formation completed. Report submitted to DC. 11(1) notification published. The fund request has been received and released to LAO. Since the estimated cost is increased due to DSoR 2021 change, the FS to be revised. Hence requested KIIFB for revised FS.
