DPR approved on 26.10.2018 for an amount of Rs. 31.21 Cr. Land taking possession completed on 16.10.2023.
GAD approved by Railways on 09.11.2022.
Demolition of acquired structures and cutting of trees completed. TS Committee held on 06/11/2023 has issued Technical Sanction for the work. Vide order No. PWD016-12/APR-3/2024/KIIFB dated 24.08.2024, sanction has accorded by KIIFB for the revised project outlay of Rs. 36.15Cr. The work was tendered on 06.09.2024. Since only 1 bidder had participated in the initial tender, the work was retendered on 14/11/2024. Bid opened, only one bidder, ULCCS has participated and the quoted amount is 24.34% higher than the estimate amount and 4.71% higher than LMR amount. RBDCK had negotiated with the bidder, but bidder informed that they are not in position to reduce rate. RBDCK has requested Secretary, PWD for tender approval on 11/02/2025. GoK directed to negotiate with bidder or retender the work. Vide 28.03.2025, the bidder rejected negotiation. Hence the work will be retendered. |
