DPR Approved on 28.06.2019 for an amount of Rs23.28 Cr. Land taken possession was completed on 27.02.2023.
GAD was approved in 2014. But on 29.03.2023, Railway had directed to revise the GAD by adopting RDSO standard span of 30m. Revised GAD approved on 01.04.2024.
The work was tendered on 05.12.2024. Bid received from 2 bidders. Technical Bid opened on 28.01.2025. Since the quoted amount is 19% higher than the estimate amount and 2.72% lower than LMR amount, the RBDCK requested GoK for tender approval on 29.04.2025.
On 23.05.2025 Govt suggested to follow the G.O(P) No. 16/2017/Fin dated 06/02/2017. Vide GO(Rt)No. 47/2025/FIN dated 11.04.2025 goverment issued orders for acceptance of bid where estimate is prepared SoR prior to the Introduction of DSoR 2021, but tender procedures are finalised after the applicability of DSoR 2021. Comparision has been done with DSR 2021 and
negotiation letter sent to bidder on 05.06.2025. |
